20 Korean companies, 58 Vietnamese importers, and 138 B2B meetings — these were among the key highlights achieved by the DAEJEON SEO-GU · ULSAN · CHUNGBUK VIETNAM TRADE MISSION within the framework of KBEE 2026 in Hanoi.

The delegation brought together companies from Daejeon Seo-gu, Ulsan, and Chungbuk, representing a diverse range of sectors, including food, cosmetics, chemicals, and industrial equipment. With the goal of identifying potential partners and expanding business opportunities in Vietnam, the participating companies directly presented their products, discussed cooperation needs, and explored potential partnerships with Vietnamese businesses.

Notably, 14 Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) were signed, demonstrating that a number of initial discussions had progressed into more concrete directions for cooperation and laying the groundwork for continued business development after the event.

For this project, 42 International was responsible for B2B matching activities in Vietnam for all 20 Korean companies. Given the delegation’s diverse industry profile, the team developed a tailored approach for each participating company — from identifying target partner segments and approaching prospective businesses to confirming genuine interest and arranging relevant business meetings.

Managing B2B matching activities simultaneously for 20 companies across multiple sectors was one of the key features of the project, further demonstrating 42 International’s capabilities in organizing and coordinating large-scale, multi-sector business matching programs in the Vietnamese market.
